Payment

Kindly settle payment within 3 days upon order confirmation.  Payment options are GCash, BDO and BPI bank deposit/online transfer/QR code.  Please DM @bijouxsignet on Instagram or email bijouxsignet@gmail.com for the QR codes.  

Orders not paid within 3 days will be cancelled without further notice.

All goods sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Open Box Policy

Bijoux Signet can reserve your order for a maximum of 3 weeks provided that 60% of the order amount is settled within 3 days.  You may add more to your order but 60% of the new order amount must be paid. 

All orders will be cancelled without further notice if the balance amount is not paid 3 weeks after the first order was placed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped out every Thursday and Saturday from Pasig City or Quezon City.  Regular shipping is through LBC or GogoXpress.  

For same-day delivery via Grab Express or Lalamove, kindly DM @bijouxsignet if it can be accommodated.

Bijoux Signet will not be liable for any damages and/or missing parcels during transit.  However, all parcels are properly & sustainably packed and actual order amount is declared to the courier.  In case of any loss or damage to the shipment during transport, the courier is liable to compensate the declared order value.

Warranty

Bijoux Signet offers a one-time complimentary resizing and/or restringing.  Related shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
